Project Sales Executive

Report to: Project Sales Manager

Based at: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Introductions Trade Shows organizes a variety of exhibitions and trade shows across different verticals such as Fashion, Art and Crafts, Jewellery, Gifts, Stationery, Office Products, Media and Signage, Education, Real Estate, Toys and Games, Furniture and Interiors, Food and Wine, Machinery, B2B Trade Events, Digital Technology and many more. Our repertoire and scale of events keeps growing with every passing year and this trend is bound to continue for the foreseeable future. Hence, we require energetic, focused and determined individuals to join our family as marketing executives who will be assigned selected projects according to their capabilities and experience.
Key Responsibilities :

Researching and sourcing potential clientele through various relevant sources

Liasing with current and new clientele through personal interactions, telephonic conversations, direct mail and emails

Negotiating booth agreements with such established clientele

Generating sales revenue through booth and sponsorship sales

Client servicing during and after the event

Post event analysis and feedback to management
Candidate Requirement :

Proficient in spoken and written English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powepoint, MS Outlook

Perseverant, sociable and dynamic attitude

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Ability to stick to deadlines and targets (if any)

Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment across a range of projects.

Any relevant experience in the media / event / exhibition industry would be an added advantage to the candidate’s prospects
Educational Qualifications :

Introductions Trade Shows organizes a variety of exhibitions and trade shows across different verticals such as Fashion, Art and Crafts, Jewellery, Gifts, Stationery, Office Products, Media and Signage, Education, Real Estate, Toys and Games, Furniture and Interiors, Food and Wine, Machinery, B2B Trade Events, Digital Technology and many more.

Our repertoire and scale of events keeps growing with every passing year and this trend is bound to continue for the foreseeable future. Hence, we require energetic, focused and determined individuals to join our family as sales managers who will be assigned the responsibility of managing sales teams and driving revenue through their managerial and interpersonal skills.
 
Key Responsibilities :
 

Overseeing and guiding a team of sales executives towards meeting revenue targets

Taking reports from individual team members on a daily basis.

Analyzing and compiling these reports to give a concise update to regional director

Generating sales revenue through according to allotted reasonable targets

Formulating and executing sales strategies according to market demands

Liaising with current and new clientele through personal interactions, telephonic conversations, direct mail and emails

Negotiating booth agreements with such established clientele

Generating sales revenue through booth and sponsorship sales

Client servicing during and after the event

Post event analysis and feedback to management

Working closely with the regional directors in creating new sales strategies

Joint responsibility for sales planning, campaign management, forecasting and achieving sales targets
 
Candidate Requirement :

Proficient in spoken and written English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Natural leadership and managerial skills

Basic knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powepoint, MS Outlook

Perseverant, sociable and dynamic attitude

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Ability to stick to deadlines and targets (if any)

Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment across a range of projects.

Relevant sales experience in the event / exhibition industry for minimum 3 years
 
Educational Qualifications :

Candidate should be a graduate in the streams of either Commerce, Business Management or Mass Media

Minimum pass percentage of 60 % and above

Post graduates are also welcome to apply

Operations Executive

Report to: Operations Manager, Project Manager

Based at:

Introductions Trade Shows organizes a variety of exhibitions and trade shows across different verticals such as Fashion, Art and Crafts, Jewellery, Gifts, Stationery, Office Products, Media and Signage, Education, Real Estate, Toys and Games, Furniture and Interiors, Food and Wine, Machinery, B2B Trade Events, Digital Technology and many more. Our repertoire and scale of events keeps growing with every passing year and this trend is bound to continue for the foreseeable future. Hence, we require energetic, focused and determined individuals to join our family as operations executives who will be assigned the technical responsibility of managing on-site activities as per directions from the technical team.
 
Key Responsibilities :
 

Predetermine on-site requirements for clients

Liaise with travel agents to arrange for client travel and accommodation

Liaise with contractors, venue staff and technicians for coordinating all aspects of on-site activity

Work with booth contractors to ensure that the booth construction is done as per assigned layouts

Ensure that all construction activities take place as per schedule and the venue is ready on the day of possession for exhibitors

Oversee the dismantling of the booths once the exhibition is completed, ensure the venue is cleared before the cut-off times

Assist in producing exhibitor manuals

Travelling to different sites as per requirements
 
Candidate Requirement :

Calm and accommodating nature

Ability to work according to a structured plan

Good coordinating abilities

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Any prior event management experience would be beneficial
 
Educational Qualifications :

12th pass or higher in any field

Minimum pass percentage – 50%

Ability to speak good English and Hindi (ability to speak local language also would be preferred)

Accounts Executive

Report to: Accounts Manager

Based at: Mumbai, Bangalore

Introductions Trade Shows organizes a variety of exhibitions and trade shows across different verticals such as Fashion, Art and Crafts, Jewellery, Gifts, Stationery, Office Products, Media and Signage, Education, Real Estate, Toys and Games, Furniture and Interiors, Food and Wine, Machinery, B2B Trade Events, Digital Technology and many more. Our repertoire and scale of events keeps growing with every passing year and this trend is bound to continue for the foreseeable future. Hence, we require individuals with sound accounting knowledge and the ability to utilize the latest accounting software to join our team as accounts executives to manage our company’s books of accounts.
 
Key Responsibilities :
 

Update records on accounts receivables, payables etc on latest accounting software

Maintain consistent records of company transactions

Keep regular check of office expenses, bank balances etc

Make requisite payments as and when required

Follow up for receivables with clients

Printing and sending appropriate invoices, bills generated etc
 
Candidate Requirement :

Good math skills

Sound accounting knowledge

Good coordinating abilities

Good command over latest computing software such as Microsoft Office, Tally

Ability to coordinate over emails

Ability to multi-task
 
Educational Qualifications :

Graduate in commerce / other finance related course
